Bilingualism

 Canada has had a forced Bilingual mandate pushed on it for 50 years.

 

After all that time of constant battering, only 22% of Canadians are bilingual.

 

Of the 22%, only 17% are sufficiently bilingual to hold a high government position. Of that qualifying 17%, 90% are from Quebec.

 

This also means only 17% percent of the current population can even consider being Prime Minister or a Supreme Court Justice.
